The conference site is the Des Moines Marriott Downtown, located at 700 Grand Ave. in Des Moines. 
 
The HousingIowa Conference room block at the Marriott is now full. 

Holiday Inn at Mercy Campus
A room block is reserved at the Holiday Inn at Mercy Campus for the evenings of September 6 and 7. Rooms are $92.95 per night, plus taxes and fees. A free shuttle will be available from the Holiday Inn to the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. Call 515-283-0151 and ask for the "HousingIowa Conference" block. Please note: The Holiday Inn Mercy Campus requires a 72-hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel within 72 hours of arrival, you are responsible for payment.
